Kismat

DESCRIPTION:
Though her power extends to all heavenly bodies, including the sun, it is the two moons of Dimitarii and Aritarii that symbolize Kismat. She is a cruel and ruthless Goddess, She enjoys spreading fear and panic across the globe. However, the land of Kin belongs to her, and she is protective of her people below and is careful not to let any real harm come to them. She feels it is her right, and no one else's, to decide the fate of her people.
Kismat resides on Taria, in the dark land of Dorariia. It is home to horrid creatures of the night, most of which are summoned demons or creatures from the negative plane. These "pets" protect her continent from intrusion by mortals. Kismat enjoys summoning extraplanar or undead creatures to ravage the planet below, as well.

Kismat's favorite avatar is a beautiful female human, with long black hair and pale blue eyes, and pale skin. She carries an unstrung bow with her, and usually has a cloak etched with stars.

Special Abilities:
Sight: Kismat's avatar benefits from a permanent True Seeing spell. She is immune to all forms of blindness.
Special Weapons:
The Ebony Bow of Kismat: This large, unstrung bow has powerful magic. It can fire bolts of energy that function like a normal arrow, but inflict 2D6 damage. It also can cast Reverse Gravity, Cause Fear, and Darkness at will. Finally, it can be used to summon 5D6 Moon Bats upon command (sorry, they'll be in the Bestiary if I ever get it finished).
DUTIES OF THE PRIESTHOOD:
Kismat's priests generally try to do the same thing as Kismat herself-spread fear. These evil clerics are often found controlling undead monsters. During their holidays, they must offer a sacrifice to Kismat, usually in the form of a cow or sheep.
