Karion

This is the part where I try to convince you that I'm a good DM by putting up a colorful description of my campaign world. It's usually something to the effect of, "You climb up the mountain to the cave blah blah blah blah blah." Well, frankly, I don't care if you do think it makes me a bad DM, I'M NOT GONNA DO IT! I mean, they're all the same anyway, so why bother, right? Besides, who came up with that rule that all AD&D sites have to have an intro anyway? You know why you're here, I know why you're here, why do we need the stupid intro to remind us?

Sorry. That was my rant for today.

Anyway, you didn't come here to read my pretty little speeches (if you did, you're a very, very sick individual). Let's get down to the important stuff:

THE WORLD OF KARION

It's basically a mixture of all sorts of crap that I and my friends have pieced together over the years (well, actually, we came up with all of this over the course of a few months). It's got a little bit of everything: there's a lot of magic floating around (kinda the exception for my campaigns), plus a whole pantheon of Gods, and treasure galore. Oh, and of course, monsters up the wazoo. That is, IF I ever get this all finished (grumble grumble)...

I plan on whippin' up some maps if I can ever remember to do it, courtesy of good 'ol Microsoft Paint (it's the only program I have that lets me edit pictures. All the crappy bitmaps you've seen elsewhere have been either clip art or some Paint masterpieces). Anyway, so no maps as of yet. But I do have descriptions of all the continental regions, so you can draw up your own maps if you like based on my description. Hell, redesign the whole world if ya want-that's what it's here for.

To go along with my lack of maps, I also haven't quite finished all the files yet. The monsters, classes, and magical items (and maybe spells, though as I mentioned before I'm usually not too keen on magic) are unfinished. Actually, the classes and monsters are barely started, and the rest is kind of non-existent. But that's okay because this site is still

UNDER CONSRUCTION!

Oh, man, I love being able to cop out like that!

Anyway, so I'm missing a lot of the important stuff. The good news is, I have all the new races (and there are a lot of them!), all the Gods, and a even a story or two! So, now that I've bored you to death, may I present you with the world of KARION:

The world of Karion: History, politics, geography...probably reminds you of school.

The Karion guide to PC races: Filled with such goodies as the Felinar, the Daqueen, Gargoyles...

The Karion guide to PC classes: Not ready yet...come back later.

How to please your God: or who's who in the plane of Kyron.

The Karion Chronicles: A story series that I wrote! Yippie! (well, am writing, anyway...)

The God's War Saga: Coming soon! (well, kinda soon...I hope...)

Bestiary: Not done yet, hang in there...

Magical compendium: Sorry, it'll be here soon...

Well, that's pretty much it for now. If you like what you see, drop me a line at:

If you don't like what you see...you suck! Just kidding. Seriously, write me anyway, I love mail.

And now that you're done, time to go...
